So we need to know who is to meet your needs. Mayura Shop reports that automatically manage this data for the administration, expansion and improvement of its services as well as for technical and market purposes about products and services offered.
Also, Mayura Shop collects certain information in the area of human resources and the distributors and affiliates in order to proceed with the selection of future employees and distributors of the company and maintain contact with them. In any case, the data collected and processed by Mayura Shop are only the essential for the purposes outlined above.

4 .- Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition: The CONTRACTORS who enter personal data in the forms will have full right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time asking for it to info@mayurashop.com or by mail to: Calzados Arrayas, SL, Pol Ind. El Monete, naves 13-27, Valverde del Camino, 21600, Huelva, Spain, always together with the application, a copy of the holder´s ID or passport data. In any case, Mayura Shop agrees to cancel the personal data collected when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.

5 .- Data Transfer: There is no transfer of data to third parties. Mayura Shop only uses the data for the purposes described in clause 2 and does not give details to any other company.  Mayura Shop informs the CONTRACTOR, that by adhering to these general conditions, consents to necessary and essential communication of data to manage the services contracted, communication linked to the very purpose for which the data was entered and, therefore, related to the free and legitimate acceptance of the legal relationship between the contractor and Mayura Shop, whose development, compliance and control means necessary communication of such data.
6 .- Security: Mayura Shop ensures total confidentiality and privacy of personal data collected and therefore have taken security measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access and guarantee its integrity and security. However Mayura Shop is not responsible for any incidents that may arise with respect to personal data when they arise: either an attack or unauthorized access to systems so that it is impossible to detect or prevent even being adopted measures by state of current technology or a lack of diligence by CONTRACTORS or USERS regarding the guardianship and custody of their passwords and personal data.

7 .- Use of cookies: Mayura Shop uses cookies to collect information and statistical analysis on www.mayurashop.com web site usage -it is also possible to be consulted and used anonymously- and to allow the good running of some services. The cookies used by Mayura Shop are anonymous and they do not refer to personal data of the CONTRACTOR or can be accessed in any case to the data that the CONTRACTOR may have on his hard drive. CONTRACTOR's identity is never inserted directly in the cookie and therefore is not intercepted. The only non-anonymous cookies, that´s to say, the ones that allow the identification, can only be assigned after approval of the CONTRACTOR when wants to have immediate identification to access restricted areas of the website without the CONTRACTOR manually enters his keys. In any case, if the CONTRACTOR does not want to install these cookies, he has the ability to configure his browser to prevent it without causing any alteration or modification in the use of Mayura Shop website.

8. - Accuracy of data: The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of his data, agreeing not to enter false data and to rectify them if necessary. Mayura Shop makes available to the CONTRACTOR all means to allow him to change his data. It is possible to make this change from the private and secure area that only the CONTRACTOR has in www.mayurashop.com, inserting the keys obtained from the user record, hence the CONTRACTOR should be especially diligent in the guardianship and custody of these keys. The CONTRACTOR declares that when he does not enter his personal data, but those of a third party, he is authorized.

9 .- Spamming or sending unsolicited e-mail: Mayura Shop is absolutely contrary to the practice of spamming and never done this kind of behavior - Mayura Shop only sends information to e-mails provided by those who have registered as users at www. mayurashop.com and therefore accepted the General Terms and its data protection policy for sending this information. Mayura Shop will not allow the use of these practices by Users, proceeding to the withdrawal of services that can have been recruited with Mayura Shop and reserving the legal actions that are relevant.
